We were fortunate to meet Tammie King right after our band had performed at the 2007 Pine Island Blues Festival.  We noticed her taking pictures but did not know her at that time.  Shortly thereafter she showed us the photos she had taken at the event and we were just awestruck.  We came to find out that Tammie had been photographing legendary Blues musicians all across the country for many years.  Her ability to capture musicians at that perfect performance moment when expressing their elation, pain, grit & passion is absolutely uncanny.   For lack of a better description,  she simply "gets it" when it comes to what a musician thinks & feels and is able to consistently put it on film.  Her understanding of angles and stage performance go along way towards achieving her remarkable results. We will be working closely with Tammie on many future projects including our CD covers.  Every picture tells a story and Tammie King is a great American storyteller.
